You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. like33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify like33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
In general, like33 permits only one Account per household or shared IP address. Where multiple Accounts are detected from the same household or device, like33 may request additional verification and reserves the right to limit, suspend or close Accounts accordingly.
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling obligations, like33 is required to verify the identity of its Users. You may close your Account at any time by contacting like33 Customer Support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Real-Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions.
